Congratulations to Brother Tom Barton on receiving Sigma Phi Epsilon’s highest honor—the Order of the Golden Heart! 

Tom was a key part of our chapter’s founding, and without his perseverance and involvement, SigEp WI-Theta would not have taken the steps to establish ourselves on the UW-Platteville campus.

Speaking to Tom’s impact across the brothers of WI-Theta:
